SECTION I: Job Summary The QC Inspector – Structural performs inspection and testing of structural steel fabrication and erection activities to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, and applicable codes and standards. SECTION II: Job Analysis Duties & Responsibilities · Perform in-process and final inspections on structural steel fabrication and erection works. · Witness structural bolting, welding, and alignment checks per the ITP. · Verify structural steel installation against approved drawings, erection plans, and tolerances. · Verify materials (structural steel, bolts, coatings) against material certificates and specifications. · Record inspection results and raise Non-Conformance Reports as required.…
