About this role

Job Summary: The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the project's health, safety, and environment (HSE) management system, ensuring a safe working environment and compliance with applicable regulations and company HSE standards. Duties & Responsibilities: Develop and implement the project HSE Management Plan. Supervise Safety Supervisors and Safety Officers across the project. Conduct HSE risk assessments and ensure control measures are implemented. Lead incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action management. Monitor compliance with HSE regulations, permits, and company procedures. Conduct site HSE audits, inspections, and safety walkdowns. Coordinate HSE training, inductions, and toolbox talk programs.…
