About this role
The Maintenance technician is responsible for: carpentry, painting, event set up and take downs, miscellaneous minor electrical work and minor plumbing repairs; ensuring all building property is properly maintained; furniture moving, arrangement, placement of equipment, etc.; carrying out frequent checks of all areas, reporting any faults using the correct procedure; ensuring the safe, correct and economical use of equipment and cleaning materials. Performing other maintenance duties, as needed. Performs inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas, including walls and flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, lighting, etc. Pay: $24 per hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.…
