About this role
We are seeking a skilled Mobile Building Engineer to support a portfolio of commercial and biotech/life science facilities throughout North County San Diego. This is a semi-mobile role responsible for the maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance of critical building systems across multiple properties, primarily in the Carlsbad area with additional coverage in Sorrento Valley. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background with hands-on experience in HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical maintenance, and general building operations.
