About the Role Abnormal AI is looking for a Principal, Strategy & Transformation to join the Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy team. This team supports our sales, marketing, and customer success functions to identify and execute against strategic GTM initiatives. This is an AI-native, vertically integrated role. At most companies, this work sits on a pyramid: an analyst pulls the data and builds the model, a manager shapes the narrative, and someone at the associate-partner level packages it and runs the room with senior stakeholders.
