About this role

We are looking for a Customer Service / Rental Agent to join our team and be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the vehicle rental journey. The role involves handling customer check-in and check-out, responding to rental-related queries and concerns, inspecting vehicles, maintaining fleet inventory, and supporting daily fleet operations. The successful candidate will also be responsible for promoting additional rental services and supporting accident, damage, and technical defect reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer service skills, good attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a very good command of English.
