Provide excellent customer service through understanding the needs of the customers and matching it with the current available inventory for rent. Achieve and extend agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule. Prepare the rental agreement while advising on and up-selling vehicles and optional extras to the customer according to their needs and manage vehicles status change on systems. Maintain accuracy of all financial transactions related to rental agreement and ensure that all assigned transactions are done successfully. Communicate via telephone and email to confirm the reservations and drop offs in an efficient manner.
