JOB BESCHREIBUNG Für unsere acht MVZ-Standorte in der Region Nord suchen wir dich ab dem 04.01. bzw. 01.02. als Operations Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit . Dein Arbeitsplatz ist dort, wo es passiert: in unseren MVZ, Laboren und Instituten. Deshalb ist es uns wichtig, dass du in der Region zu Hause bist und unsere Standorte gut erreichst. Du bist erste Ansprechperson für Ärzt:innen und Teams vor Ort, sorgst dafür, dass Abläufe in Praxis und Labor rund laufen, und packst an, wenn es irgendwo hakt, ob bei Personalplanung, Prozessen oder im Tagesgeschäft. Du hast Lust, Standorte aktiv mitzugestalten und gemeinsam mit den Menschen dort echte Verbesserungen umzusetzen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.
