LOCATION: The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is a remote, work from home position , as are all positions at Acceleration Partners (a structure central to our culture and our vision to change the work/life paradigm). Some travel is required, for client meetings or other internal meetings, conferences, etc. THE ROLE: Acceleration Partners is looking for a true talent partner: someone with a genuine, vested interest in identifying the best possible candidates for our hiring managers, saving them time and creating real efficiency in their day. You'll conduct thoughtful, consultative job intake with hiring managers so you deeply understand the role, the team, and what “great” actually looks like - then use that understanding to go find the best talent in the market.…
