About this role

Role Description The Teams Voice Architect / Senior Engineer is responsible for the design, build, configuration, and implementation of the Unified Communications solution within the client environment. The role provides technical leadership for Microsoft Teams Phone, PSTN connectivity, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Session Border Controller (SBC) integration, voice routing, numbering, and telephony services. Working closely with client stakeholders, network teams, identity teams, and solution architects, the role is responsible for delivering a secure, scalable, and resilient voice solution that supports local and international calling, integration with client telephony services, and future transition to client-managed SBC infrastructure.…
