About this role
To supervise and authorize settlements and support Unit Head in providing quality service to partners in the area of settlement of transactions Requirements Key Responsibilities Understanding of governing principles and rules of card settlements. Clear understanding of Visa, Verve, Afrigo, Amex and Mastercard settlement process and procedures. Ensure timely settlement of card transactions. Balance incoming and outgoing transaction report against settlement values received from the associations (Switches). Ensure correct entries to relevant settlement, expense or revenue accounts daily. Responsible for ensuring that existing internal controls and regulatory policies over the settlement process are strictly adhere to.…
