About this role

Access Services is seeking a full-time Mental Health Recovery Coach for our Community Residential Rehabilitation Group Home located in Allentown, PA! You will have the opportunity to assist individuals with mental health needs in their homes and in their community. You will support individuals through a variety of tasks and activities using creative problem solving and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Support program alumni in managing crisis and connecting with a social network. Maintain a cooperative and caring attitude toward others with a view of seeing the needs of others as more important than your own. Meet with Assistant Director for supervision on a regular basis. Help ensure the highest quality of care to individuals in helping them meet their needs.…
