Branch & Insurance Specialist Job Summary This position performs a variety of duties in support of growth, service goals and profitability for Field Sales within a branch as well as is a primary provider of Member Services. Performs duties in support of agents and other staff. Position is responsible for servicing the needs of the member, maintaining service quality levels and giving added value through MRM to cross sell and offer other services. Required to maintain acceptable levels of policy accuracy and achieve individual cross sell goals as assigned. Provides service support for existing insureds and members. Assists in the sale of insurance products and provides other insurance support services. Reviews and completes documentation for business written in an office.…
