Membership Analyst This position works across different teams and departments, fostering strong collaboration between technical and business stakeholders. You will support initiation, design, testing and implementation of membership system changes and enhancements. What You’ll Do: You will ensure that Membership system performance and testing meets organizational standards resulting in quality products that meet end-user requirements. You will assist in developing detailed test plans and be responsible for related test phase tasks. You'll execute test cases, document test results, and escalate issues as needed. You will identify Membership best practices, policies, procedures and programs for Membership Department as well as for all Auto Club Enterprise employee.…
