Retail Service Specialist Job Summary Greets members by phone and in person and determines the nature of service required. Either provides requested services or directs them to the appropriate area. May provide notary and/or DMV license transactions and services. Resolves problems and assists with administrative functions in absence of manager. Provides high level of customer service according to Club's Quality Assurance Standards. Job Duties In States offering DMV license services, provides registration services to members; maintains current knowledge of DMV regulations and completes all transactions according to State DMV and Club procedures.
