About We’re Ace & Tate – and yes, we make glasses. But more than that, we make working here worth your while. We are looking for a Regional Optometrist UK, Ireland, Denmark and Spain , 40 hours . You’ll be based in London , working closely with our stores, Regional Managers, and Head Optometrist across the UK, Ireland, Denmark and Spain. What our Regional Optometrists do Deliver high-quality eye tests in store by testing two days a week (including one weekend day) and lead by example in clinical care. Be the clinical link between HQ and stores by translating clinical strategy, protocols, and projects into clear ways of working across the region. Coach and develop optical teams. Visit stores to observe, coach, audit records, and support performance and clinical KPIs.…
