Job Type: Full time Exempt/Non Exempt: Salary Job Description: Location Details: Remote Position Schedule / Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Position Summary: This is a temporary assignment for 3-6 months with a possibility for extension if there is a business need. As a Temporary Claim Representative II supporting Auto Physical Damage (APD) claims, you will handle moderately complex auto claims from initial review through resolution. You will investigate losses, review policy coverage, evaluate vehicle damage, communicate with customers and other involved parties, negotiate settlements, and approve appropriate payments. You may also inspect vehicles, prepare damage estimates, settle total losses, monitor repairs and rental expenses, and identify potential recovery opportunities.…
