Job Purpose We are looking for individuals who have a passion in talking with people, headhunts, finding good talents. This role will mainly help our diverse team in hiring commercial, marketing, financial & accounting areas. Duties and responsibilities Working as a part of a regional talent acquisition team, act as a PIC for local hiring needs Sourcing top talent using a variety of creative techniques and managing the existing pipeline of candidates Performing pre-screening calls and interviews to analyze applicant's abilities and fit to company culture Assessing applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes Supporting on-board process in order to become fully integrated.…
