About this role

ROLE The Director of Revenue Operations owns the systems, data, and workflows that power the Advisory Practice revenue engine. This role exists to make revenue predictable, measurable, and actionable across marketing, sales, and client lifecycle. You are responsible for building and operating the core infrastructure behind revenue. This includes CRM architecture, attribution, forecasting, and automation. You ensure every stage of the client journey is tracked, connected, and usable for decision-making. This is a hands-on builder role. You start as the first dedicated RevOps hire, taking ownership of an in-progress HubSpot implementation and evolving it into a reliable, scalable system.
