Quality Engineering Lead Technology | Hybrid Role Summar y The Quality Engineering Lead will own Vave’s quality engineering approach and matrix manage the Test Automation Engineers. This is a hands-on leadership role, combining people management, test strategy and automation engineering across Vave’s API-first insurance platform and supporting web applications. You will set clear standards, own the framework, work with developers & product teams to embed quality throughout the software delivery lifecycle. You will remain actively involved in automation, release readiness and the investigation of complex defects.
