Training Specialist - Enrollment & Partnerships

ACU is affiliated with the fellowship of the Church of Christ. This position requires the employee to be a professing Christian and to be willing to support the Christian mission of ACU. ‌ Basic Responsibilities Knowledge & Documentation Management Maintain and update divisional Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Salesforce Knowledge Base to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Track and manage training follow-up documentation to reinforce learning retention. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure that content is clear, current, and aligned with best practices. Training Facilitation & Implementation Support and lead live and virtual training sessions for advisors.
