VP, Corporate Counsel Acumetis is seeking a strategic and business-minded VP, Corporate Counsel to serve as the organization's head of the Legal department and trusted advisor to executive leadership. Reporting directly to the CFO, the Corporate Counsel is responsible for leading all legal activities, compliance oversight, corporate governance, risk management, and real estate-related legal matters across the organization. This role oversees a team responsible for contract administration and legal operations.
