【アカウントマネージャー】アジアを中心とした越境EC支援事業 業務内容 AnyMind GroupではD2C/EC/マーケティング領域での急成長に伴い、特に東アジアや東南アジアでのクライアントやプロジェクトが増加しています。 今回はアカウントマネージャーとして当該事業へジョインいただき、下記のような業務を担っていただきます。 自社開発の物流支援ソフト「AnyLogi」の導入サポート EC事業者の物流課題の解決支援 物流運用のサポートとユーザーのロイヤリティ向上施策の企画・実行 開発チームと協力して、安定的な運用をサポート 応募条件 【必須要件】 ロジスティクス分野での2年以上の経験、またはSaaSのカスタマーサクセスやシステム運用経験2年以上 【歓迎要件】 物流業界での営業経験、またはシステム導入コンサル経験 日常会話レベルの英語スキル 福利厚生 査定（年2回） 通勤交通費 完全週休二日（土日祝）、年末年始休み 有給（初年度15日） 慶弔休暇、産休、育休 社会保険、雇用保険、健康保険完備 就業時間：10:00-19:00 オフィス：六本木ヒルズ31F
