業務概要プロダクション「seju」のプロデューサー / マネージャーを募集します。タレントの活動サポートだけでなく、メディアや作品のリサーチ、マスコミ各社や広告代理店への宣伝・営業活動など、業務は多岐に渡ります。マネージャー自ら営業や企画・調整を行うため、マルチタスクをこなせる柔軟な対応力や多角的な思考力がある方、自分の手でタレントをプロデュースすることにやりがいを感じられる方に向いているポジションです。 seju公式サイト：https://seju.tokyo/ 業務内容「seju」のプロダクション運用所属のタレントマネジメント所属タレントのプロデュースプラン立案と実施新人発掘 / プロデュースマスメディア、広告代理店等への営業 SNSマーケティング必須条件・何かしらの顧客折衝経験・芸能事務所 / 広告代理店 / SNSマーケティング会社での勤務経験が２年以上の方・高い成長意欲がある方歓迎条件・TV / 映画 / 雑誌 / 舞台などのエンタメに造詣が深い方・主要SNSの運用 / プロモーションの経験がある方（X、Instagram、YouTube、TikTok 等）・PCの基本的な操作ができる方（Word、Excel、PowerPoint使用経験必須）・SNSアカウント運用が大好きな方・仕事に対し、前向きに取り組むことができる方・車の運転が得意な方・対人関係や他社とのお付き合いに前向きな方
