Traffic & Productivity Manager, Creative

We are looking for a Traffic & Productivity Manager to manage workflow, resource allocation, and operational reporting across our Strategy, Creative, and Account Management teams. In this role, you will own the day-to-day traffic system—ensuring projects move smoothly from kickoff to delivery, resources are balanced, and productivity bottlenecks are caught early. You will also be expected to evaluate our current processes and introduce better, modern ways to manage bandwidth and agency output.
