About this role

As the Payroll and Compensation and Benefit Manager(Contract 6 Months), we are seeking a highly analytical, finance-savvy, and fluent English-speaking professional for a 6-month contract. Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate, this role requires a strictly hands-on specialist who will not merely review but actively execute and finalize multi-company payroll operations and complex shift attendance. You will take full ownership of end-to-end processing, vendor compliance, and act as a key auditor and strategic partner to Local & Group Finance teams to ensure total data integrity.
