JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary: The IT Business Analyst will act as a key liaison between Information Technology and business stakeholders within Engineering and Program Management. The role is responsible for understanding business needs, analyzing current processes, documenting requirements, and supporting the delivery of technology solutions that improve efficiency, usability, compliance, and business performance. This role will focus on translating business needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements, supporting solution design, facilitating user acceptance testing, and helping ensure that IT solutions are adopted successfully by the business.
