JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibility · Driving continuous improvement in material performance metrics and enhancing customer satisfaction for the plant. · Ensuring the department is adequately staffed and team members are properly trained to execute material and operational plans. · Annually complete the departmental training and development plan. · Conducting annual performance reviews for all direct reports and reviewing indirect reports for all Material team members. · Providing direct leadership to the materials function and all staff within the area of responsibility. · Ensuring compliance with BOS, ISO/IATF-16949, SOX, and customer-specific requirements. · Collaborating with the Plant and Operations Manager to develop production plans and forecasts.…
