The Opportunity The Total Rewards Analyst handles compensation and benefits delivery for APAC, based in Singapore. The role engages with employees, Payroll, Finance, Legal, the Employee Resource Centre (ERC), and vendors to offer accurate, compliant, and employee-focused programs. This is a hands-on role combining operations, data analysis, collaborator coordination, project support and process improvement. What you'll Do As a Total Rewards Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in handling compensation and benefits programs across APAC.
