About this role
Deine Aufgaben Du arbeitest von Tag 1 an mit an komplexen M&A Transaktionen. Gemeinsam mit dem Team gestaltest du den M&A funnel bzw. deal flow. Du aktualisierst und baust verschiedene Finanz- und Bewertungsmodelle. Du unterstützt das Team während der Commercial und Financial Due Diligences. Außerdem erarbeitest du Markt- und Unternehmensanalysen. Dein Profil Du bist im laufenden wirtschaftlichen Studium, idealerweise mit Fokus auf Finanzen bzw. M&A und hast ein Interesse an der Pharmabranche. Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrung im Bereich M&A oder Corporate Finance sammeln durch Praktika im Investment Banking oder in der Unternehmensberatung. Du verfügst über sehr gut analytische und Excel Kenntnisse und arbeitest gerne im Team.…
