About this role
Deine Aufgaben Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unseres R&D Backend-Bereichs und entwickelst Team, Prozesse und technische Standards kontinuierlich weiter Du steuerst Prioritäten, Kapazitäten und Ressourcen innerhalb der Backend-Entwicklung und sorgst für klare Planung, Fokussierung und Umsetzung relevanter Entwicklungsziele Gemeinsam mit dem VP R&D Software, Product Ownern, Projektleitung und dem Technical Lead verantwortest du Roadmap-Planung, Aufwandsschätzungen und Umsetzungsprioritäten für Backend-Themen Du bist zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Backend-Entwicklung, Product Management, Projektorganisation, Vertrieb, Customer Success und weiteren technischen Bereichen Du stellst sicher, dass Kunden-, Markt- und Produktanforderungen strukturiert bewertet und in rea…
