About this role

Advance Onboarding is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site refurbishment and renovation projects involving structural repairs, concrete restoration, exterior cladding, foundations, and water systems. We are seeking a hands-on construction professional with strong field experience, the ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors, and a solid understanding of blueprints, construction schedules, and quality control. Important: This position focuses on the refurbishment of existing structures, not new construction. Experience with low-rise buildings is essential.
