About this role
The Director of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the HSE programs and systems for AdvanCell's Andover manufacturing site. The role provides HSE oversight across all site operations, including manufacturing, laboratories, utilities, infrastructure, warehouse and logistics operations, waste management, contractor activities, and administrative areas.
As the Andover site is currently under construction, the role will initially focus on establishing the HSE organization, systems, processes, and culture required to support safe construction, commissioning, qualification, startup, and transition into GMP manufacturing operations.…
