AR Accounting Specialist

The AR Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing the company’s accounts receivable activities, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payment collection, customer account reconciliation, and maintenance of accurate AR records. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT regulations, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics . Prepare and issue customer invoices in accordance with contracts, POs, approved timesheets, and agreed payment terms.
