About this role

We are looking for a customer-focused Senior Professional Services Consultant to join our New York team. In this role, you'll engage directly with key customers, delivering expert, tailored consulting that meets their technical needs, while also playing a hands-on role in one of our newest AI product launches. You'll be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and long-term success, helping our clients unlock the full value of our platform. This is a full-time role based in New York . We ask the team to be in the office three times a week to keep collaboration and connection strong.
