Assess and evaluate the physical space requirements of the organization and recommend space plans to meet the Company's business needs. Responsible for the development, coordination, and management of small to medium construction and remodel projects including AutoCAD drawing creation, Scope of Work development, material acquisition, and contractor management. Responsible for maintaining the drawing database for all buildings in the region. Responsible for budget analysis and forecasting of projects.
