About this role

Job Overview The Master Scheduler develops and maintains the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for IRAD, CRAD, and development programs across all product lines. Synchronizing inputs from business development, program management, engineering, supply chain, and test teams to align development activities, resource loading, and technical milestones within the DBTE lifecycle while supporting strategic growth and capability delivery. Essential Functions Lead integrated planning activities across IRAD/CRAD portfolios, aligning development priorities, resource capacity, and technical milestones over a 12–24 month horizon. Presenting to executive management, communicating IMS status, critical path, resource constraints, and development progress against objectives.…
