About this role

The Role As a Data Analyst, you’ll help our customers get up and running on Affinity by importing their data and setting up the platform to support their workflows. You’ll work closely with our Onboarding, Implementation, and Customer Success teams, and play a key role in communicating directly with customers to gather requirements, set expectations, and deliver clear, actionable reports that demonstrate the value of their data setup. What you’ll do: Import and transform customer CSV data into Affinity and configure tables, lists, and fields so that customers can hit the ground running. Manage the data import queue with discipline — tracking status, ETA, priority, and next steps for every import. Clean, deduplicate, and validate data to ensure high-quality imports.…
