About this role

Vos missions : Au sein d'une équipe de 6 personnes, vous aurez pour objectif d'entretenir une relation de proximité avec les clients B to B pour des prestations de certification d'entreprises issues du secteur médical en contribuant à leur satisfaction et à leur fidélisation. Les principales missions incluent la gestion du portefeuille de clients, la planification et l'organisation des audits, la gestion administrative des dossiers de certification, la préparation des décisions de certification, l'émission des certificats, la gestion des commandes fournisseurs et de la facturation, ainsi que la fidélisation des clients et la détection d'opportunités commerciales.…
