About this role
This M365 Platform Senior Analyst will engage in administration and engineering activities focused on Microsoft 365 applications in a GCC High environment, with a particular emphasis on Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, Entra and Power Platform. Your responsibilities will include working incidents and tasks assigned to the Infrastructure Applications team. This position is customer-facing and will require interaction with numerous users each day. Quick resolution of issues and customer satisfaction is the primary goal for you as a member of this team. Experience with PowerShell, Graph and automation processes is also highly valued. In addition to the above, you will also need to contribute to the team outside of just daily ticket support.…
