About this role
In this role as a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing signal distribution and networking, including AV-over-IP protocols, EDID/HDCP management, and HDBaseT. Your expertise in specialized hardware maintenance and calibration of LED Video Walls will be crucial, as well as your ability to set up and troubleshoot immersive audio systems. Additionally, you will need experience in managing control systems like Crestron, Extron, or Q-SYS, and expert-level administration of Microsoft Teams Rooms for Unified Communications (UC) & Hybrid Tech.
Your daily tasks will include conducting system checks, providing event support during Forge experiences and events, training staff on system usage, and ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of equipment.…
