About this role

The Risk Manager is responsible for helping analyze, write, and organize business requirements for the ARIA and FRM product teams. The role partners with teams internal to Fraud Operations, as well as external channels such as Web, Alpha, Cloud Api, and IVR to deliver tools that help mitigate fraud in the insurance and warranty claim flow. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with Sr Product Manager to create specific and succinct requirements for delivering data-driven tools to Risk Managers Participate in Agile ceremonies with a goal of helping manage Development teams Analyze and fill gaps in requirements that arise during development to reduce developer downtime.…
