About this role

Attività principali: Eseguire i test analitici di controllo qualità nell’ambito dell’area di biologia molecolare (qPCR, ddPCR, RT-PCR, Western Blot, Elettroforesi su gel di agarosio, Test Elisa, HPLC, saggi enzimatici) in osservanza alle GMP ed entro i tempi stabiliti; Eseguire i saggi e le analisi previsti per il trasferimento e la validazione di nuovi metodi analitici. Gestione del laboratorio (approvvigionamento materiali, verifica scadenze reagenti, preparazione soluzioni, verifica strumentazione); Fornire supporto per la redazione o revisione di documentazione (metodi analitici, SOP, etc.); Fornire supporto nella redazione di protocollo e report inerenti l’attività analitica eseguita.…
