The Opportunity The Recreation Aide assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates resident-centered recreation and leisure programs in accordance with established care plans. The Recreation Aide works within their scope of education, training, and demonstrated competencies, following AgeCare policies and procedures and the Collaborative Care Model.
