The Resident Care Attendant reporting to the Director of Care and/or Resident Care Manager ensures and supports the collaboration and evaluation of the resident care services in accordance with applicable provincial standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest standard of resident care is delivered and maintained at all times. What You Will Do Observe residents for any changes in resident status when tub bathing, washing, cleaning, dressing, and changing residents. Report any changes in the resident’s condition to the Nurse as soon as possible.
