About the Role WITHIN is looking for a hands-on Senior Google Ads Manager to lead Google advertising strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. You’ll stay close to the work in-platform while helping teams make better decisions about campaign structure, bidding, measurement, and growth. This role calls for someone who can solve complex account challenges and raise the Google Ads capability of the broader team. Responsibilities Lead Google Ads strategy and remain directly involved in managing and optimizing Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
