This role will be responsible for plant’s industrial relations and labour compliance agenda, ensuring a compliant, engaged, and productive workforce while minimizing employee-relations and business-continuity risks. This role involves proactively managing contract staff and their grievances, labour-law related compliances and building strong relationships with labour authorities and external stakeholders.
