About this role

Für unsere Produktionsstandorte in Kaufbeuren sowie Fürstenfeldbruc k suchen wir ab sofort einen HR Business Partner (m/w/d). Der Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit liegt gleichverteilt auf beiden Standort e n pro Woche , wodurch eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden sicher gestellt wird. Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben Sparringpartner und Coach für unsere Führungskräfte, insbesondere bei Führungsfragen, Mitarbeiterentwicklung, Change-Prozessen und Entwicklung einer gesunden, wertschätzenden Unternehmenskultur in einem internationalen und interkulturellen Arbeitsumfeld Praxisnahe und individuelle Betreuung der Führungskräfte bei allen personal- und arbeitsrechtsrelevanten Fragestellungen sowie eigenständige Durchführung und Begleitung von Personalmaßnahmen, z.
