POSITION SUMMARY The Rental Demand Planner analyzes rental fleet demand, utilization, customer opportunities, and operational performance to optimize fleet availability and support business growth. This role develops forecasts, identifies fleet requirements, and translates complex data into actionable insights that guide fleet investment, allocation, and operational decisions. The position partners with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Service Centers, and leadership to align customer demand with fleet availability, improve utilization, and strengthen planning and reporting processes.
