About the role As the Operations Manager – Pick Up & Delivery (PUD) , you'll lead the day-to-day operations of a busy bulk freight distribution network, ensuring the safe, efficient and on-time movement of palletised freight across the Perth and regional networks. Leading a team of frontline leaders, Drivers, Dockhands and operational employees, you'll be accountable for delivering exceptional service, driving operational performance and creating a strong safety culture across a fast-paced, high-volume freight operation.
